Before look at the project– We did floor repair, painting, ceiling hole repair, Popcorn ceiling removal/paint.

After look at the project; Once everything was completed and the client was happy. Wall Painted, holes filled, ceiling filled, popcorn removed from ceiling & painted, and floors. He Sold his Condo Quick!

A Look at the progression of senior helpers at the start of their lease. We set their signs up for them!

At the end we ultimately took it out for the end of their lease.. Helped them move out, cleaned up their facility & removed all the gunk!! They were sad to go as it was just the start of their journey, don’t worry they upgraded! TWICE!! They were in a suite and now off to Paso Robles, Then Mexico Next!! One client wanted a base for her mailbox and we ended up raising it for her!

The same client wanted her gate fixed and many more upgrades! It was a fix her up! We gave her home a total of 500,000 equity in home value!! Her yard and home were refreshed and brought a spaniard look to it!                                                     –-North Bakersfield, 2016-2019

The client was missing a cap so we installed a new one! We also made sure they were aware of the age of their tiles! We are actually scheduled to do them this year!

We did a whole renovation on this project and fixed a leak. Ask about our fire and water inspections! Brought this home into the future!!

Installed back panel cabinetry to add space above the new more cozy toilet and take away the old side wooden mirror cabinet. Added a more modern light to give those close up moments!

West Bakersfield, 2022

The wall had a leak and made a little problem a big one… Water damage is no laughing matter; ask us if you haven’t really dealt with it. We offer inspections! 

 Cleaned and prepped for the final Phase the wires needed changing and the fixture changed!

I see the beauty it once had.. the patina only makes this feel like just the start!
