I’m Raul Portillo, and I run PHNX NFLX LLC alongside my brother. For us, this isn’t just a business — it’s a family calling. Growing up in Kern County, we learned the value of hard work, integrity, and helping our neighbors, and we bring that same dedication to every home and business we serve.
With years of hands-on experience in repairs, handyman work, and property maintenance, I take pride in being the guy people can trust to get the job done right the first time. My brother and I handle every project ourselves whenever we can, because we believe in quality, accountability, and treating every space as if it were our own.

Trained the underprivileged and impoverished in Kern county and the Clark County done work all around California, Oregon, Nevada over the past 10 Years. Specialize in Commercial & Residential Plumbing. Licensed, Insured and can travel to your district we operate out of Kern County California. However; No mountain is high enough!
